"The hotel is immaculate, the restaurant and bar cafe food wonderful, the majority of staff extremely helpful and accommodating and the ambiance of the place is extremely calm and restful. They do need to look at the frustrating pool/spa area … you only get free access with a delux room or above ( they did upgrade me for free at checkin due to my Expedia membership but didn’t tell me, so i thought i had to pay the substantial fee for a while) and you have to book a slot for only 1hr 30mins…then...

"If you are in Paris, you HAVE to stay here! The property and hotel are STUNNING. You feel like you are secluded while still being in the city. The staff are AMAZING. They were so friendly and attentive. We went with my 5 year old, and she LOVED the pool and spa. I would stay here again!!"

"The daily rate warrants a reconsideration. While the double room was in a smaller side, the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable and spacious enough to accommodate 2 more people (genuine highlight). However, the absence of a smart TV made it impossible to access basic streaming services such as Netflix. The room has a balcony but it was left much to be desired, as it was noticeably unclean. Another genuine highlight was the warm pool and the sauna. Finally the breakfast offered was quiet...
