Disliked: Room comfort, communication

Avoid like the plague

Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Worst decision I made this trip. I will not make that decision ever again and will avoid at all costs instead of risking being left high and dry yet again.
