Nice spacious room, not super lux. Breakfast is complete buffet you can order eggs with your server. Great to have before your adventures. It’s an older building but nice and good value.

Replace current TV with smart TVs in all NH Hotels in Argentina. The current TVs in NH Hotels throughout Argentina cannot be used to access Netflix and other widely available series that are available throughout the world. Why?

the USD 20 dollar parking cost was too expensive for the type of service given. Small, place, bad maitained, full of cars from staff, has to wait for other cars movement for going out. Clearly not value the price

Parking lot is minuscule and fir small cars. AC has a governor. Libby and public spaces kept at 76 degrees. My room was set at 76, after two hours, it was 78. I changed hotels. Property is old and needs updating. Shame, because other NH properties are good.

Everything was great. The room was big. We were in rm 218. The front desk were always helpful and answered all our questions with a smile. The buffet was great other than some of the sweets were a little hard that needed to be changed out. The restaurant mgr. was very concerned always if something was low in the buffet they would refill immediately. We never had a chance to take a dip in the pool. But overall we will return to NH if we ever come back to Mendoza. We took the a tour with Viator company for 3 wine tastings and gourmet lunch. Don't hesitate. This was a great tour ❤️

We tried to check-in 2 hours early, but room not available (OK), returned at 3 pm and given a superior room but prebooked a Junior Suite with Terrace. Staff said the superior and junior suite we the same. 3 night stay for two people - one small bottle of water, one coffee and milk sachet for 3 days for two people, but kettle and coffee machine in room. Spoke to staff again at check out and this time they said Expedia canceled our room, but they did their best to find alternative but it wasn't the Junior suite. However, they said Expedia cancelled the room, but I didn't need to pay because they had already received payment for the Junior Suite (but who from ???). I requested 2 bottles of water and two coffee sachets for the room, I was charged twice the cost in the bar downstairs and they wouldn't give me a cost breakdown until after I had paid. There were no bathrobes as advertised, some of the power sockets didn't work. The staff were untruthful about our room, but took our money for other Junior Suite - very unsavoury experience and couldn't recommend.

El hotel en lineas generales esta bien, con algunos temas de falta de mantenimiento que son evidentes. Tuvimos muchos problemas con la calefacción y pasamos frío. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, el desayuno espectacular.

El hotel estuvo bien, pero un gran problema fue la calefacción que funcionaba muy mal no solo en la habitación sino también en las areas públicas del hotel. Pasamos muchísimo frío los dos primeros días de nuestra estadía. Nos cambiaron de habitación el primer día y aún asi no funcionaba bien la calefacción. Por otro lado, el desayuno es espectacular muy variado y de buena calidad.
