I stayed with my son & family - we had a beautiful deluxe 2 bedroom family room. Excellent room with a sea view. All staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Nour and Nahed were so kind and helpful - always smiling. We enjoyed our stay and will return. We were a little disappointed that there was no buffet meal service but this was due to limited guests. I would recommend this hotel!

Genel havlu & hijyen malzemeleri vb. malzemeler en düşük kalitede.Havlu kart denilen çağdışı bir sistemle havlu alımını sınırlandırmış bir otel işletme zihniyeti var.. Otelden saat 12:00 da Check Out yapıp çıkış yaptığınız andan itibaren sadece denizi ve Soyunma Kabini kullanmayı talep ettiğiniz takdirde; kişi başı 25 Euro şeklinde ( Bu Ücretin Dayanağını Bize Açıklayamadılar !! ) Misafirlerini SOYMAK Şeklinde Soyguncu bir tesis işletme sistemlerini bizzat deneyimledik !!!!! Olumlu bahsetmek istediğim tek başlık Otel genelinde çalışan hizmet servisi çalışanları gayet samimi ve çalışkan bir şekilde hizmet veriyorlar ( Garsonlar, yemek servisinde çalışan emekçiler..vb..)

Club Beyy, çok güzel konumlanmış. Odalar, aquapark, büyük havuz ve deniz birbirine çok yakın. İstediğinizden çok kısa sürede yararlanabiliyorsunuz. Konfor muazzam. Deniz ve havuzlarda çok iyi ama en fazla yiyecek yönüne hayran kaldım. Hiçbir otelde bulamayacağınız yemek konforu sizi bekliyor olacak. Denemelisiniz. Çalışan ve Yöneticilerine teşekkür ediyorum. Hiç bozmamalısınız.

Otelden memnun kaldık. Eylül sonlarına doğru yaptığımız konaklamada çok sakin bir tatil geçirdik. Özellikle çalışanlar çok arkadaş canlisiydi. Odalar yeni ve temizdi. Yemekler bizim için oldukça yeterli ve güzeldi.

Avluya bakan suit aile odalarını seçiyorum. Bu 3. Konaklayışımdı. Yemek kalitesi biraz düşmüş olsa da otelin cok derli toplu oluşu çocukla hareketlerde kolaylık sağlıyor. Yogun animasyon beklentiniz yoksa fiyat performans olarak ve evimize yakınlıgından da tercih sebebimiz.

Een heerlijke plek om even bij te komen.

Hele fijne staff , wat echt een pluswaarde heeft voor deze plek. Dagelijks schoonmaak in de kamers. Eten en drank is er vollop en voldoende variatie. Strand is mooi . Ligplekken zijn er volllop alleen iets gedateerde ligbedden. Er is niet veel tedoen in directe omgeving maar met een taxi ben je voor 5 tot 10 euro in naargelegen steden en dorpen. Kindvriendelijk

700 km yol sonrası otel içinde park yeri olmadığı için dışarı bırakmak zorunda kaldık ve kimse yardımcı olmadı. Lobi karşılama ve kayıt işlemleri hızlıydı. Odaya çıkarken asansörler oldukça eski yavaş ve geç geliyor. Odalar idare eder, banyo oldukça eski ve dar, ilginç olanı banyoda diş fırçanızı koyabileceiniz bir bardak bile olmaması. Odanın soğutması oldukça vasat. Yemekte masanızda su şişesi olmaması ve bir bardak su için garson beklemeniz gereksiz bir tasarruf yöntemi. Bunun dışında personel ilgili, deniz oldukça güzel.

2 gün konaklama yaptık, personel her alanda güleryüzlü hizmet veriyordu, fakat sezon açılışı nedeniyle tüm personeli fazla çalıştırdıklarını gözlemledik. buna rağmen genç kadrosu gayet güleryüzlüydü. yemeklerin kalitesi fiyat performans kadar, beklentiniz yüksek olmasın. denize sıfır olması ve havuzun binaya ve plaja yakın olması güzeldi. temizlik açısından sorun yaşamadık. kısa süreli tatiller için değerlendirilebilir. son olarak bebek ve çocuklu aile fazla olduğu için ortamda çok fazla çocuk sesi oluyor. çocuksuz aileler için bir bilgi :)
