The breakfast is on the rooftop with indoor and outdoor options with an amazing view of the Pyramids. Staff are very attentive and will help you with whatever you need. Additionally, I had to request a room change due to the lack of hot water and the absence of a functioning phone in my original room. I would like to commend the night shift staff, as they were exceptionally helpful and professional throughout my stay. However, there were further inconveniences, including a power outage...

"We needed a space near us for friends to stay. The apartment was well located, large, well supplied and served all our needs perfectly. Plenty of storage if traveling with lots of luggage. Has an elevator. Everything was very comfortable and everything worked. There is a small grocer just a few doors down. Youssef took good care of us. We would highly recommend. 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so it worked well for many different set ups. "

"We were in the middle of moving house and booked this apartment nearby while in transition. It lived up to its name. It was a great haven. Plenty of great restaurants close by as well as the Metro supermarket a block away. Friendly people. Has and elevator and a washing machine. Very nice kitchen.
