District Apartments is situated in a great location within walking distance to restaurants, public transport options and the Royal Botanic Gardens. We pride ourselves on our cleaning standard within each apartment to ensure all guests have a comfortable stay. In future when booking we do offer "upper level" apartments which guarantee a higher level, light apartment. Hi Alex,Whilst we are open to all reviews. We recognize that this review is not true and such events did not take place. Yes, we were hesitant to accept your reservation as the last time you stayed with us there were breaches in our T&Cs, however, on check-in, you were advised to ensure this doesn't occur again. We are pleased to note that there were no breaches during your recent stay and the apartment was left in a tidy condition, which we do appreciate, thank you.Although regarding the rest, as advised on your departure we were fully booked in our One Bedroom category, I did also offer to show you our availability screen after you had accused me of lying, but this was declined. You then called us a few hours later, again, confronting us that we had availability for the 22nd of November. It appeared that you were looking at the 21st of December as the day of your departure was the 22nd of November and you were inquiring about the 21st.Our housekeeping staff did not walk in at an inappropriate time. They knocked multiple times, then popped their head in to make themselves known vocally. After repeating themselves for over 1 minute, they entered the apartment to note that you were still unprepared for your scheduled departure as it was past 10 am. Thank you.
