Staff was awesomely friendly and helpful. Kitchenette was good. Location was terrific for the value. The room was fairly clean but could have been vacuumed a bit better. Otherwise housecleaning was good. Windows we're dirty but the view was limited so it didn't matter.

The view from the balcony was really good and I like the beautiful weather so far. For the room is okay as it got all the essential suppliers. For the toilet, I was not very happy as the flush is not that easy to use and the toilet bowel wasn't as good as I expected for a hotel standard.

I clocked about 150 days per year in Melbourne CBD. Decided to pay a little bit more this time to try this hotel. Front reception are friendly enough. The room itself is quite small. You can only have one bedside table there with the queen size bed. The other side is buttered up against the wall. There is barely any space to put the luggage, and if you do, you will have to tiptoe around it. The bathroom ticked all the boxes. The location was next to Melbourne Central and easy to get to.

This is our hotel of choice in the CBD. It is close to Melbourne Central, the staff are always friendly, the rooms are a good size - with small balconies! - and there is very little noise at night even with building sites across the road.

Nice cosy place with kitchen. Location is fantastic near Melbourne central. Only thing is that there is some construction during my stay so the uber cannot directly stop in front of the hotel. Had to walk a little to get there from where the Uber stopped.
