"Free parking was the most important benefit of this hotel. The room and the furniture were dated. The restaurant was deserted and we had to order pizza from outside on our arrival night. TV was not operational, no hand soap in the room, no tissue paper in the room, the bathroom vent fan was broken and was extremely load and would stay on long after you turned it off. "Had a fantastic stay at Top Rooms. The staff were very helpful and obliging. The location is perfect - right by the water and an easy walk to the old town. The room was clean and modern, very well maintained. I would absolutely stay again"

"The lady who runs this place is great and speaks good English. You just have to remember that it's very hard to find. Go to the Ambassador Hotel then cross the street and ascend the stairs on the right and then take a left and you're there. Very clean and inviting accommodations near the Riva in Split. Probably take a cab the first time."

"Have notified Expedia as amenities list on here does not match what is provided & what is listed on other sites so is out of date.
Hotel itself was lovely but there were things we booked it for which did not exist, so is worth checking the hotel site directly before booking.
Some staff were exceptional, lady with long brown hair on reception & waiter with glasses were both very helpful & friendly during our stay. Breakfast very good.

"Amazing hotel and we loved our stay here. The room was clean, big and beds very comfortable! We had food included and I must say we really enjoyed the restaurant at the hotel.
The hotel is the perfect size and you can enjoy both the beach or pool, the small city of milna is also within walking distance so everything felt very nice and convenient.
We will definitely come back, we had an amazing week and felt well taken care of."

"I wanted a hotel near the Slit Airport and was very pleased to have chosen this one.
We were two couples in two rooms on Sunday, May 9th, 2026.

"Das Hotel ist vermutlich schon älter aber top renoviert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Poolbereich sieht aus wie neu und bietet sowohl Sonnen- als auch Schattenplätze.
Auf dem Grundstück sind Parkplätze vorhanden.
Unser Zimmer (001) liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist als Familienzimmer ausgelegt. Neben dem Doppelbett sind im Nebenraum zwei Einzelbetten. Großes modernes Badezimmer mot zwei Waschbecken und geräumiger Dusche.
Anreise vom Flughafen ist mit Buslinie 37 möglich, die aber...
