The only fault for this hotel was due to a lack of an elevator for the four story property, as I’m not getting any younger and my room was all the way up at the 4th floor. And the TV lacked more channels. Still, the staff was very helpful, the room was clean, room service was plentiful, the wifi consistently worked, the bed was comfortable, the toilet worked, and the sink and the shower provided hot water. I’d give it overall an 8/10 just for the convenience of being close to Estadio station, in which the Medellin Metro helped transport me to different parts of the city and my daily fitness needs at Bodytech, and the nearby shopping district at Carrera 70. I’d stay again if not for the four arduous floors. Other than that, it’s a bargain!

El personal super amable, en mi habitación 503 no servían los apagadores de la luz tenue, solo la luz intensa y en la regadera la llave del agua caliente costaba maniobrar la, debido a que la rosca está barrida, también se observan hormiguitas muy pequeñas, que no causaron ningún daño. Me agrado ese hotel, muy agusto estuve, excepto lo ya mencionado

El hotel en si es viejo y solo cuenta con escalera, sin embargo los cuartos son muy amplios, siempre están super limpios y cuentan con clima, tele y frigobar El personal es super amable y servicial lo que hace que la estancia sea muy agradable, sin duda me volvería a quedar ahí El desayuno siempre es el mismo, creo que ahí si podrían variarle un poco, sin embargo es muy muy rico. Agregar fruta también sería un acierto El personal de limpieza también es excelente, en todo momento mantienen los cuartos al 100 Experiencia muy agradable, si recomiendo
