The El Cielo Hotel is a lovely boutique property. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Your food options, especially if you don't eat red meat or pork, are limited if you don't partake in the tasting menu. The hotel is centrally located in that it's a short 7-10 minute walk to park where many sightseeing tours begin/meet.

Amazing hotel and a relaxing oasis in bustling Medellin. Designed using natural wooden materials and plants throughout. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The rooftop pool and spa are a great place to chill after a day exploring Medellín. Bed was super comfy. Staff are super friendly and attentative. Only thing that could be improved is the soundproofing between rooms as the walls were very thin.

A beautifully designed hotel in a great neighbourhood. Friendly, polite staff. Excellent breakfast. Our standard room was very small (only one bedside table) so consider upgrading if you are staying for a long time.

Oasis in Medellín

El Cielo is an amazing place to stay. Can’t tell much on the outside but inside is a wonderful oasis. The service and room were impeccable. Truly a luxurious place to stay for a good price. The restaurant also is an experience one cannot miss.

The hotel is beautiful. Room and bed excellent, gorgeous. Pool and restaurant/ bar area also gorgeous. Food has been excellent. My only complaint is that the location is not close or walking distance from the dining and shopping areas of El Poblado.
