Very friendly and helpful staff, also had great places for relaxing/eating in the hotel

Very good

This wonderful country hotel is recently built and offers comfortable secluded accomodation in an otherwise busy city. Rooms are built in small units on the side of a small valley, on the opposite side is the restaurant complex and beyond that a pool and small terraced garden with views of the Deli river. The staff are extremely helpfull and friendly, the food was excellent and if you needed it there is a convenience store nearby with atm. This hotel provides an excellent oportunity to escape...

NEW LUXURY HOTEL Artotel's new millennial-aimed hotel room: Stylish, cheap and Smaller than 19 Square Meters. Microhotel design by Yabu Pushelberg for Bobotel Medan. The stylish new hotel brand under the Bobotel flag in Medan that would feature “space-efficient” rooms more likely to be seen in a European hostel. But what...

We used it for convenience for a flight - so could put up with inevitable tannoy announcements & early/late night corridor noises - location for check-in VERY convenient. Breakfast selection ok. Food options in airport - so also convenient

Nice hotel and not too far from the city. Brand new hotel but the drain in the bathroom clogs and there's a smell coming from it. Overall it was okay, room is clean and comfy. Beware of the late night call (11pm on weekdays) from the receptionist about their brand new massage package, you never know what they mean by that.

Brilliant....absolutely spot on for an airport stop over. Or longer.

Property is located at city centre and close to airport train. If there is things to improve will be clealiness of the room. Thanks
