"The desk and kitchen staff were awesome. Must have been a big softball tournament as there were at least 100 or more little boys and girls staying there, so it was loud. Not the staffs problem but some parenting in manners and respect would be a great help. Not sure if the housekeeping was severly understaffed or what but, my room had not been cleaned by 4:30 pm any day, probably due the large crowd and my room at the end of the hall. House keepers were very gracious and helpful when I approached and asked for needed items. Again it was very full all week. I would stay here again if in Salem and pray for no children or at least parents that contained the screaming chaos."
