"Room impeccable, every convenience in room. I checked in around 4:30 -5am my reservation made online had check in at 3pm. I explained to the night clerk I was hearing to ohio due to an unexpected emergency and couldn't drive any farther. She let me check in then instead of 3pm and I was able to check out at noon unstead of 11am since I was not going to stay the entire day booked.
