We had originally booked six nights but we left after only two without even getting a partial refund. This is why we left: The rooms do not look like they do on the expedia site. The beds are very basic and uncomfortable. We found multiple pieces of broken glass on our sunbeds. There’s a lot of mold. The food is quite bad, both the dinner buffet and the breakfast. There was old gum stuck to the elevator wall for the entire duration of our stay. The “relaxing” pool was destroyed be the incredibly loud music that they refused to turn down. The loud music went on until midnight, and you hear everything from your room. We wanted to watch a movie from bed, but it turned out to be impossible. I truly do not understand how this place gets away with a four star rating. Also - it was quite expensive for what you got. If you like red wine out of a soda dispenser go ahead, otherwise I’d advice you to stay clear.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni e due notti qui: bella la piscina, con animazione. Appena sufficiente il cibo e le proposte, molto ripetitive. Almeno c'è la pizzeria che offre un'alternativa. Camere poco confortevoli, almeno sia queste che gli spazi esterni sono ben curati.

God beliggenhed, dejligt pool område, venlig medarbejder og god service. Vi har kun et punkt til forbedring, underholdning var forfærdelig, tiden er løbet fra en meget støjende karaoke til kl. 00.30 om natten😏 Den unge mand som stod for underholdningen var rigtig behagelig og sød. Og god til at tale med alle gæster og få dem til at føle sig velkommen😊

Certamente definirlo 4stelle mi sembra fuori luogo, comfort modesto, precauzioni Covid molto approssimative (personale delle camere senza guanti e mascherine, personale alla colazione senza guanti, nessuna protezione in plexiglass, apparecchiatura tavoli lasciata agli ospiti......). Qualità della colazione modesta. Bella piscina e hotel molto pulito.

Ottima posizione. Piscine spettacolari. Cibo in quantità, variegato e buono. Animazione sompatica e mai invadente. Personale eccellente (soprattutto Salem in sala). Maleducata e poco professionale invece la ragazza della reception (si è impossessata in maniera inappropriato dei ticket pasto, regolarmente pagati).

Non è un 4 stelle, personale impreparato, arrivati al check-in nessuno degli addetti ha prestato attenzione al nostro arrivo, lunga attesa. Al momento del pagamento l’affetto aveva persino aggiunto degli euro in più da pagare giustificando il tutto con una spiegazione che ancora oggi non sono riuscita a capire. In 5 giorni in camera non sono state cambiate le lenzuola, pulizia mediocre ( orario anche sbagliato ore 15.00 e tutto fatto di fretta ) , per non parlare dei materassi singoli uniti a matrimoniale scomodissimi. Piscina stracolma di gente ,non c’è possibilità di utilizzarla vista la ressa mattutina dei lettini. Nei corridoi forte puzza di muffa, il tetto infatti presenta delle grandi macchie. Colazione scarsa e povera. Il prezzo non è coerente con il tipo di struttura.

Vacanza bellissima, tutto perfetto

Bellissima vacanza, l hotel è bellissimo ha una bella piscina e un ristorante che vi si affaccia, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, si mangia bene e la sera ci sono spettacoli ed intrattenimento. Durante il giorno acqua gim e tutto ciò che si fa nei villaggi... A due passi a piedi dal centro di Mazara e dal lungomare se vuoi fare una passeggiata... Insomma perfetto

Mangiare scadente da fast food. Per cena ci hanno dato i nugget di pollo sembrava di essere alla mc donald sconsigliato di prendere soggiorno con pasti meglio solo colazione. La struttura è pulita e simpatica l animazione. Ottima piscina.

Nice hotel, highly recommended. The food at lunch and dinner is delicious. Free drinks (softdrinks, water and wine) until 10pm. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Near the beach and the historic centre of Mazara del Vallo.

Weekend indimenticabile

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro. È frequentato prevalentemente da olandesi. Non so se sia stato un caso ma l'unica sera che siamo rimasti in albergo anche l'animazione per i bambini era in olandese. Non abbiamo sfruttato la spiaggia dell'hotel perché un po' angusta.

Leuk hotel,bijna uitsluitend nederlandse gasten.

Onlangs geopend door Corendon = 15-06-2017 ! Beduidend opstartproblemen m.n.bij het inchecken !Personeel doet haar uiterste best om klachten/problemen snel op te lossen. Als je halverwege komt om iets te eten in buffet-restaurant is eigenlijk de helft al op.De kok daarentegen maakt heel smakelijk eten klaar.Er zou meer zitgelegenheid kunnen zijn rond het zwembad,en op het strand zijn de , gratis , ligstoelen en parasols na 10 uur op.En ja hoor,ook hier zie je mensen rond 7 uur hun handdoeken bij het zwembad leggen,en op het strand na 9 uur idem dito ! Wel gezellig centrum,aanrader is het café op het plein van de republiek,heerlijke koffie,zoetigheiden en vooral heerlijk Italiaans ijs !En Restaurant La Trinacria aan de Via Garibaldi nr.47 is ook een aanrader !Gezellig gelegen op een binnenplein.

E'la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel ,io Raffaele mio figlio Andrea e mia moglie Emilia, peccato che per esigenze di lavoro non possiamo rimanere piu' di una notte. La camera era pulita l'unico inconveniente il condizionatore che non funzionava,ma abbiamo dormito bene anche senza. Niente da ridire sul servizio e la qualità dei pasti,dalla cena,la colazione e il pranzo tutto abbondante e buono. Quest'anno abbiamo notato delle novità,come per esempio la pizzeria aperta sia a pranzo che la Complimenti a tutto il personale e al pizzaiolo che dopo pranzo o richiesto una pizza e lui educatamente a provveduto a farcela anche se era un po tardi. Sicuramente ritorneremo a soggiornare presso hopps hotel e magari con tutta la famiglia al completo.
