"I wouldn't recommend room 101 purley because it was next to some doors which bang everytime they are used. Room was spacious. Bathroom large, with powerful shower over the bath. Toilet paper was very thin! Breakfast was nice and good quality."

"We had a great stay. Such a beautiful location and the hotel was tastefully refurbished since our last visit. The room was superficially clean and I may be picky but it could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom and toilet. The staff, particularly the restaurant staff, were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast choices were great though it would have been helpful to have the buffet items labelled so that we knew what we were choosing! Dinner was excellent each evening we ate there."

"Absolutely love this hotel. Rooms are so spacious which is fantastic as it's stressful tripping over each other in a room. Pools are superb. Lovely and warm so please keep this up coz cold pools stop us using hotels."
