Het terrein ligt aan het meer van Valjoly, dat is 100 trappen naar beneden. Om naar het centrum te gaan waar enkele restaurants, winkeltjes en het zwembad zijn liggen, is dan nog eens 6 à 7 minuten stappen. Zwembad was in orde maar nogal druk bezocht. Zwemmen of met eigen kano of sup in het meer is verboden. Alleen huren van een pedalo of elektrisch bootje is toegelaten. Hengelen met Permis de Pêche ook. Toen we arriveerden was het daar heel rustig, alleen de vogeltjes kon je horen. Tegen de avond was er alleen geluid van spelende kinderen. De dagen daarna hadden we soms wel wat last van luidruchtige buren die zich blijkbaar niet bewust waren van het lawaai dat ze maakten, ook 's nachts. Rechtstreekse geluiden zoals stoelen verzetten, roepen en op de vloer springen door kinderen of tegen de metalen balustrade aan het terras tikken was voel- en hoorbaar over het hele blok van 4 huisjes. De huisjes zelf zijn nog best in orde, maar de inboedel laat hier en daar te wensen over, In de tweede week waren we verhuisd van een 4 persoons naar een 2 persoons huisje (1 kamer en badkamer), Daar stond enkel een om te bouwen zetel, dat wisten we op voorhand. Maar die dunne matras, doorliggen naar het midden, voelbare en hoorbare veren... De resultaten van de vaatwasser waren bedenkelijk, de spoelkast in het keukentje viel bijna uit elkaar, In de badkamer had je plots de handdoekdrager in je handen en liep het douchewater naast het bad. Al bij al hebben we geen spijt dat we geweest zijn.

Wij hadden ons huisje last minute geboekt waardoor prijs kwaliteit echt heel goed was. Boven onzs verwachting. De ligging van ons huisje keek uit op het meer prachtig! . Dat is niet zo bij alle huisjes dus vraag daar naar. Veel activite

Inrichting van de cottage is nogal verouderd. Nachtrust verstoord door gebrom van ventilatiesysteem, ‘s nachts uiteindelijk uitgezet door stroom er vanaf te halen. Omgeving is wel rustig en stil. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid bij de huisjes.

Prima huisjes, rustige omgeving, vriendelijke medewerkers. Er zijn niet heel veel opties om uit eten te gaan in de omgeving en de activiteiten waarmee geadverteerd word op het park zijn alleen in de grote vakanties open. Verder sprak er bijna niemand Engels op het park.

Sejour nature dépaysement ,les cottages sont tres bien, bon accueil. Différentes activités et restaurants à la station valjoly. Nous y étions ce week end sur le thème halloween.

Het huisje was ok. Niet super proper of chique. Wel vrij klein voor 4 personen. Het toeristisch station in de buurt was minder goed. Zwembad was wel gratis, maar al de rest betalen. 4,80 om 15 min op trampoline te springen bijvoorbeeld. Eten was daar ook niet zo lekker.

Semaine en cottage au Valjoly-Eppe Sauvage

Cottage agréable et fonctionnel. Le seul hic et pas des moindres : la litterie du canapé lit. On a finit par dormir par terre !! Le site de réservation promettait la vue sur le lac or ce n'était pas le cas (demande spécifique à prevoir en amont auprès de l'hébergement ...). Sinon lieu bien pensé avec beaucoup d'activités à faire pour les enfants (prévoir un budget car toutes sont payantes sauf le centre aquatique).
