They thought the interior design was incredible and loved the antiques. They raved about how pristine it was. Mom loved the deep soaker tub. They said breakfast was delicious. "Absolutely amazing experience at Rosemead House. It is like stepping into a magical wonderland. Beautiful property, building, rooms, restaurant. Delicious breakfast in an adorable setting. We weren't able to have dinner at the renowned restaurant, but will definitely go back again to enjoy that experience which is supposed to be sensational. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend Rosemead and can't wait to visit again!!"

"Very pretty property. A bit hard to find. We called we were going to arrive late in the evening, and they left us a key in a padlock. Only observation is they could change padlock to have more visible numbers. They were black on black! But wonderful stay!"

"Very disappointing experience. I had fully prepaid for my stay, but upon arrival I was denied check-in without any prior notice or clear communication. The situation took several hours to sort out and left me scrambling to find alternative accommodations and pursue a refund. What made the experience even more frustrating was the lack of communication and customer support throughout the process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property."

"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"Great location, right downtown Harbour. The standard rooms are good, we were originally given a loft room but the stairs are steep and it is quite rustic with no place to put clothes. So glad they had a standard room"

"The Dashwood met expectations overall. The view from the third-floor Dorset room was sigh-inducing. The deck provided ample space for morning coffee and evening wine. The bed and pillows were SO COMFY that I slept like a rock for 3 nights. The quirky heritage nature of this building made the stay more interesting than any boring hotel. Is it upgraded or updated, without stains or old fixtures? No, but that's part of the charm. The room was not cleaned during my stay, which was actually fine with...
