I went there 5 times. The 4th I was robbed at ALA SOL. They took my debit card from safety box. I have all the proof. I wrote to them but nobody answered. This summer I came back (close, good sea) and the food was terrible. Bar bartenders hated Argentine people and, there was a bad service at restos and bad food.The only food for veggie people was salad! What was worse, you had to “fight” in order to get a chair at the beach! Terrible! Last but not least, there isn’t a doctor or a place for quick medical attendance. Even though you have your insurance, I was bitten by a giant ant and I almost collapsed. They should have someone in situ. I love the beach at the place but I am quiet disappointed!

Quarto com bom tamanho, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestativos! O que deixa a desejar são as bebidas, alguns drinks já ficam prontos no bar, não tem água de coco no coco, os drinks alcoólicos difícil de tomar. Só existe 1 restaurante no all inclusive, o restante é pago! Então, começa a cansar a mesma comida! As atividades e aluguel de bike tudo pago também!

Férias quase perfeitas.

Em relação ao atendimento geral, conforto, instalações, foi tudo ótimo, contudo, diferente dos outros anos (2018, 19, 20, 23 e 24), desta vez, nos decepcionaram as atrações do Teatro da Vila. Antes, um ponto alto e um bom motivo para voltar. Agora, estamos repensando 2026. Infelizmente, uma mudança que não curtimos.

Insegurança e negligência

Estive hospedado no Costa do Sauípe Gran Premium Brisa com minha família, incluindo quatro crianças, e infelizmente vivenciamos uma situação extremamente desagradável e insegura. Presenciamos uma briga com agressões físicas entre duas famílias na área da piscina, diante de diversos hóspedes e crianças. A atuação da segurança foi inapta: limitaram-se a separar momentaneamente os envolvidos e, em seguida, apenas transferiram uma das famílias, mantendo no hotel justamente o grupo maior, responsável pelas agressões. Isso gerou clima de tensão permanente, insegurança e medo, a ponto de minhas crianças não quererem mais brincar sozinhas. Ao levar a queixa à gerência, a resposta recebida foi excessivamente jurídica, fria e defensiva, minimizando o ocorrido como um “ato leve e isolado”, sem qualquer acolhimento humano ao hóspede e sem assumir a falha no dever básico de garantir segurança e tranquilidade. A solução oferecida foi apenas a troca de hotel, o que não resolve o problema, além de gerar mais transtorno. Resumindo: um resort que deveria proporcionar lazer, descanso e segurança em família acabou nos deixando inseguros, constrangidos e decepcionados. Não recomendo para quem viaja com crianças ou busca tranquilidade.

Lugar maravilhoso, atendimento excelente, funcionarios super simpaticos e atenciosos, comida excelente...tudo top demais. So ficou a desejar no quarto que ficamos que era no 1 andar, e qualquer barulho que o hospede do quarto acima fazia, incomodava embaixo, passos que eles davam faziam barulho que atrapalhava quem estava querendo dormir...por ser um hotel premium acho uma falha terrivel. A vila achei muito desanimada e sem graça. Ponto superpositivo para a piscina aquecida com uma vista maravilhosa!

O resort é excelente, variedades deliciosas de comidas e bebidas, ambiente agradável e muito bem localizado. O complexo foi reformado recentemente, então a infraestrutura é muito boa. O complexo Brisa Premium conta com piscina aquecida, o que se tornou o maior atrativo e grande diferencial para nossa viagem. Somos pais de uma criança PCD e pedi de antemão um quarto adaptado, o que foi atendido, porém o banheiro não contava com uma ducha móvel, e mesmo pedindo não conseguimos ter o pedido atendido. O serviço deixa a desejar também no jantar, os atendentes não rodam nas mesas e por muitas vezes as bebidas chegam apenas qdo terminamos de comer. A limpeza dos quartos também não é feita de maneira satisfatória, sinto que poderiam tirar melhor a areia do chão. Também achei inúmeros fios de cabelo nas toalhas que eram trocadas, então deixo o feedback para que a governança cuide dessa parte com mais atenção.

Um local agradável e confortável para relaxar e curtir a praia e piscina. A toca da zoeira é um espaço adorável pelas crianças que passam o dia todo em recreação. Faltou um forrozinho na véspera de São João e as músicas ao vivo. Na piscina, poderiam ser mais cedo.
