We were massively impressed; it's a lovely place with a rustic feel, great facilities and areas to retreat and relax. The pool area is very calm. Food is fantastic and makes for a romantic evening meal the way it's decorated and lit up. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful. Staff are friendly and service excellent. It was a fantastic three days and wouldn't hesitate to go back.
Property itself is a gem. It’s a live working agro-farm. The rooms are clean and historic. Beautiful and very comfortable. The pool is clean and large. The other guests are not very friendly to even well behaved children. It seems like
Our stay was excellent! We were there in early July for a wedding and we were so in love with this incredible property and wonderful staff. The rooms were unique, clean, and comfortable, the breakfast (and lunch) was delicious, and laying by the pool all day in the warm Puglian sun was absolutely decadent. Highly recommend.
I missed blackout curtains which made me wake up rather too early.
I think my room could use more fresh air
In general it is a beautiful and relaxing place.
The hotel is situated a bit out of town and nice and quiet. Beautiful place with nice pool, grounds and views. The room was great, our own little bungalow with front porch.
Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful and nice. Booked us in at a restaurant of our choosing for dinner in the local town.
Great stay. Very comfy and large accommodation. Staff were fantastic. Lovely pool area. Only gripe would be the internet. Soooo slow and kept dropping out.
Hôtel trulli très original chambre spacieuse bon petit déjeuner et possibilité de manger un buffet maison le soir . En revanche il n’y a pas la possibilité de se faire un the ou un café dans la chambre.
Beautiful Masseria just outside Martina Franca. It has been renovated very stylishly, with a big swimming pool and is the perfect place to relax. It is just outside Martina Franca and makes a great base to visit some of the other lovely nearby towns (even Lecce only took just over an hour) and then you can return to relax in this wonderful Masseria. The staff were excellent especially Daniel with his wonderful smile. It serves Dinner which you have to order in the morning, otherwise Martina Franca is only 5 minutes away (extra time to find somewhere to park the car!)

Quite possibly the worst hotel experience of our life. Wonderful hotel facilities however the hotel manager is a complete nightmare. Having checked out at 1030 as requested, we asked if we could spend the morning by the lovely swimming pool. The manager shrugged, which we took as a yes. However, after sitting down the manager came over and told us that there would be no lunch served as she thought it might rain. 30 minutes later she came over to us and asked us to leave as it wasn't fair on the other four guests that we were using the swimming pool after we had checked out. We were completely baffled. I have never been asked to leave the property of a hotel after checking out. We had been there less than 16 hours and spent over €300. It was outrageous and embarrassing and a complete rip off. Quite easily the worst hotel customer service experience of my life. We also had dinner their the previous night which wa a expensive and average. We got the feeling that the hotels objective was to squeeze every last penny from you.
We anticipated to stay at a Trulli room with the cone type roof as shown in your brochure. Not so!
We received a mediocre regular room that took 3 hours to heat, had a shower that leaked to the bathroom and needed two towels to wipe the flood each and every day.
I give the facility a 4 out of 10.
Would not recommended and would not return.

I can hardly fault this charming, centrally located, tranquil and lovely guest house and it's well priced. It's well run and the staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming and can speak really good English, if that's important. Nothing was too much trouble, from where to eat to finding a real estate agent. The big hotels could learn a few things from this little gem. The room was beautifully designed and felt very generous and comfortable. One very small thing, I found the bed to be hard, but the staff tried hard to improve this.
Breakfast included lovely fresh fruit, toast and all the usual continental things with delicious home-made cakes that are typical here. Dinner is ordered in the morning, but it didn't seem to cause a problem if it slipped your mind until later in the day. They pride themselves on making local dishes and always good pasta. Their house red wine is really good.
The pictures don't do this beautiful masseria justice, there are lots of places to enjoy the peace in a thoughtfully placed chair under a tree or by the inviting pool. The pool doesn't open until 23rd May (roughly) so you'll have to go to the beach if you want to swim. There was a kitchen garden, lovingly tendered, which provides for the broad selection of antipasti and a vineyard to cocoon the property was in the process of being planted while I was there. If you want to explore Puglia, this is a really good spot to be - you can easily reach the Adriatic and Ionian coast.
