"We really enjoyed our one night stay. We arrived early in the afternoon and had a swim in the
pool and had sauna me very nice. Afterwards we had a swim in the lake. We had a balcony with sea view. Really nice. Big room. Everything was perfect. We had dinner in the restaurant which we enjoyed. We did not have breakfast which we considered a bit expensive. "

"A bit mixed. Lovely setting, nice traditional hotel, good
pool area, good staff, breakfast great, has some parking, good food in the evening too.
However room was a bit dated, dark (not enough lights), noisy people above, creaky bed, shower small. And they seemed under-staffed in the restaurant. They did however provide two very good meals for us "

Loved the spa facilities, like the

Dinner was absolutely delicious and breakfasts really good with huge variety

"Very nice and huge room for a very good price. Nice view over the fjord. Friendly staff but not so fluent in english. Guess it would help if i had used my rusty German. There is actually a lot to see in the area so we will be back soon. Nice

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Great view from the hotel. Breakfast fine with some specialities and lots of fresh berries. Smoked croissant was a surprise.
No elevator.
The extra bed for children was great. Way better than the usual sofa.
Hotel is slowly getting worn down. Drain in shower very slow. Same with drain outside sauna. We were unlucky that
pool was closed for service the day we planned to use it.
Hotel in small silent village, but with options to eat and buy food. Good to...

"The word I would use is exceptional totally personal service to fit your need ,nothing is too much trouble the location and hotel is first class kept in pristine condition .food is amazing .if you like privacy you can book a personal cinema or picnic or long walk in the grounds spa is top quality "
