La camera è meravigliosa, pulitissima e sempre tenuta pulita quotidianamente. Il letto è molto comodo e le lenzuola le cambiano tutti i giorni.Lo staff è meraviglioso, simpatico e molto attento. Noi avevamo All inclusive nel prezzo della camera scelta ( lo suggerisco) allora potevamo avere gratuitamente una colazione enorme con tantissime scelte , croissants caldi, caffè buono, cappuccio... C''e' scelta fra dolce e salato. Il pranzo è enorme e la cena pure .Io ed il mio ragazzo abbiamo lasciato un po' di mance allo staff perché lavorano benissimo e se lo meritano. Ve lo suggeriamo moltissimo

Posizione ottima,pulito,gentili,spiaggia vicina con bellissima barriera corallina,Tour vari,Dugongo Tartarughe Delfini davanti Hotel, mangiare "per noi Italiani è dura",ma complessivamente sufficiente. Gli Egiziani appiccicati come mosche.... ma è cosi, nel complesso più ottimo.

Property is well situated for those wishing to scuba dive as the dive centre and boats are right outside the hotel restaurant. Hotel is good with fairly good onsite amenities. Rooms are a good size and clean. The hotel is located on the opposite side to the marina in Port Ghalib and is easily accessible via water taxi which makes for a lovely trip across the marina to the many bars and restaurants.

- My accommodation was great I spent a good time there , the place was very good , the food was delicious , most of the staff were very friendly , the animation team gave good shows every day one of them called Tiger was a very friendly funny amazing person he made us love the place even more. - What I didn't like is finding geckos inside the building & inside the room also excluding Tiger the rest of the animation team care only about foreign people they make sure they know shows schedules , communicate & interact with them while neglecting the local people

Isolated in Port Ghalib

I last visited this hotel about 13 years ago. Upon returning this time, it was starting to show its age! Cracked and broken tiles, all around swimming pool areas. Generally a feeling of neglect. The room and bedding were all clean but sometimes the service from the bar tenders and waiters in the restaurant leave room for vast improvement. Every night in the Indigo restaurant, I had to call the waiter over just to get a glass of water with my meal. The food was perfectly fine, with a fair amount of choice. The pools are cleaned every morning. The hotel is over the other side of Port Ghalib, so needs a shuttle bus to get around to the shops and bar area. The on-site dive centre is the only reason I stayed here!

Il cibo immangiabile, l unica cosa I commestibiel riso e verdura, il the alla colazione freddo, caffè no comment, nel bar in spiaggia bicchieri risciaquati e non lavati, spiaggia piccolissima, lontana dal hotel con l acqua bassissima, se vuoi arrivare a bagnsrti devi andare molto in là, facendo attenzione ai barconi che rientrano per attraccare al. فندق ومعاملة سيئة مع الرغم من الموقع الرائع

اولا الاستقبال انا وصلت قبل رحلة مكونة من أتوبيسين ورفض موظف الاستقبال يعمل الأوراق الخاصة بينا قبل الاتوبيسين ولولا اني زعقت وعملت مشكلة كبيرة علشان استلم الغرفة قبلهم مش معقولة هستني ١٠٠ فرد يتسكنه مع الرغم اني وصلة قبلهم ثانيا الغرف مش نضيفة خالص وفيها برص ونمل وتم إبلاغ مدير بذلك وكان رد فعله سابنا ومشي واحنا بنكلمه ثالثا الاكل سئ جدا جدا وفي حاجات كتير كانت بايظه رابعا لما رجعنا الغرفه اول يوم باليل طلبنا سرير إضافي لبنتي كان الرد اني مفيش سرير إضافي متاح في الفندق كله وقالي هبعتلك حد يفرش الكنبه وقاعدين مستنين لغاية بعد الساعة ١٢ نصف الليل واتصالنا بالتليفون وبلغناهم تاني قالي هيجي لحضرتك علي طول ولغاية الصبح لما يأتي احد روحنا الرسيبشن الصبح بدري قبل منطلع رحلة خارجية واتخناقنه معاهم وكان الرد انا حليتلك المشكلة باليل وهي لم تحل اصلا تم حلها عند عودتنا من الرحلة ثاني يوم خامسا الفندق مستقبل عدد اكتر من استيعاب خدمتهم كان لا يوجد فوط ولا ملايات كافيه لجميع الغرف ولا مكان جاهز بالمطعم للجميع كل العاملين عندهم حالة برود عامة ومش فارق معاهم اي شكوي كأني اخبطه دماغكم في الحيط سادسا لا يستحق القيمة المدفوعة في الليلة القيمة عالية جدا عليه والحاجة الوحيده اللي فيه كويسه هي الموقع والفيو وحمام السباحة فقط لا غير

Příjemný hotel pro klid a pohodu

Okolí hotelu odpovídá jeho poloze. Sice na pobřeží, ale v poušti. Hotel vypadá stylově, prochází renovací, ale prováděnou velice citlivě, bez vlivu na hosty. Pokojová služba pracuje spolehlivě a perfektně. Nikdy jsme nezaznamenali špínu. Strava formou švédských stolů je pestrá. Vždy je možno si vybrat. Nechybí zelenina ani ovoce. Velice kompetentní, vstřícný a přátelský personál. Protože rádi poznáváme lidi, zažili jsme tu až rodinnou atmosféru. Pláž odpovídá charakteru pobřeží, je nutno počítat s použitím obuvi do vody, kvůli korálům. Zato pro nenáročné amatérské šnorchlování je tady ráj. Pro náročnější je přímo v hotelu potápěčská škola. Jako všude, je i tady možnost pořídit si výlet, většinou za podmořským životem. My jsme žádný nevyužili, nemohu hodnotit. Celkově moc příjemná dovolená, pokud chcete klid a pohodu.

Much recommended. Lots of value for the low price, and no bad surprises. Complex is pretty, there are nice pools, aircon and we slept comfortably. There is a surcharge for very early check-in / late check out, but lobby is comfortable to Wait. Wifi only works in the lobby.

Property is clean, rooms large and very nice. Pools lovely. Only downside is that there is only wifi in the un-air conditioned lobby it was hot and wifi was weak. No wifi in rooms or elsewhere on resort. If this is not a problem, the resort is great calue for the price, especially as an all-inclusive!

Bel hôtel au calme

Hôtel très joli. Les chambres sont typiques. Les piscines agréables. Le wifi fonctionnait très mal. La nourriture n'était pas fameuse. Peu goûteuse et très salée. Des petits sandwichs toute l'après midi étaient en libre service pour les personnes en all inclusive. La marina avec restaurant magasins etc sont à environ 2 minutes en bateau. Navette devant l'hôtel.

Old and dated with poor service and food.

We checked in to Marina Lodge and were shown to our room where we unpacked. 5 minutes later we were told we would have to pack up again and move to another room as this one had no hot water. I was left in the room, in the dark while my wife went to sort things out with reception. We were told another room number to go to, so with no offer of help we packed up and moved all our gear to this room, which was locked and we had no key. My wife then went off to reception to tell them and to complain and then we were told a different room number, so off we went to the third room. Thankfully this seemed to be the correct room. Most nights there was very loud music till late. The food at breakfast was terrible. Nothing was fresh and was dry and reheated. The only fresh thing seemed to be the fried eggs which are done while you wait. The only real reason I can see to stay here is for easy access to Emperor Divers and their boats.
