The hotel was pretty good, but all the facilities were close, roof top was close, one swimming pool close, and most important thing DONT ask for an excursion to Lamia.

La secretaria Lamia me vendió una excursión al Sáhara al precio de luxury y me hicieron dormir en el medio de ningún lado en una pocilga. Casi me arruina el viaje.

Greta place to relax after a long tour
a very restful hotel with excellent facilities, 3 very nice pools including one heated which was a huge bonus We had a split level suite which was spacious and comfortable - only complain was that the sink drain was broken - shower excellent and good sized bath Breakfast the best we had in Morocco (18 day trip) The poolside cafe produced the best food in the hotel with the most varied of menus - very charming staff Ford in the international restaurant was of a high standard though teh menu was rather limited and in the 3 nights we stayed the duck was never available - a minor complaint but with a limited menu the restriction on choice of unavailability shouldn't happen in this standard of hotel

Quiet hotel with great staff. Every request was promptly dealt with. Villa rooms spacious.

A beautiful boutique hotel with a very warm and friendly team of staff. The pool was excellent, the suite is very nice and well appointed - the mattress is very good. The hotel provides a free shuttle bus which is useful as it is 20 minutes from the centre however this is a good thing as staying in a Riad is nice for a few days but if you are wanting proper relaxation away from the busy medina, then staying at this resort is perfect.

Very nice stay but not very adapted for small baby : opening of restaurant, food offer etc.... Will come back but when our little boy will grew up !

Beautiful Place to Rest
From a wonderful welcome, delicious tea, great dinner and peaceful place to rest. This hotel has everything you need for a weekend or a whole week. Customer service is excellent and they speak multiple languages. I absolutely recommend this place.

Everything is 1st class. It is an oasis not a resort. Wonderful hospitality and very friendly, attentive staff. Mimi the cat lept us company with her young kitten.. beautiful pools, tranquil gardens and so much birdsong we felt as if we were in a nature reserve. Stayed in a villa with its own pool which was very special. What could be improved? The toiletries are not great and decaf seems to be hard to get. Thats it though. Treat yourselves, this place is a hidden gem.

The staff at tigmiza were amazing and the service was really fabulous. Great food and a relaxed friendly atmosphere. They also made an extra effort to make my husband’s birthday really special. The pools are great but the gym really isn’t a gym it’s a room with just a few pieces of equipment so don’t have any expectations around that. Otherwise fabulous and would whole heartedly recommend.

Dommage que l’hôtel ne respecte pas les conditions Hôtel.com VIP GOLD et les Avantages GOLD Members à savoir le départ garanti 2h + tard et Le surclassement quand disponible (ici 5 chambres sur 26 occupées). Sinon, une vraie pépite dans la Palmeraie !

Le personnel aux petits soins vraiment adorables. Hôtel qui procure un dépaysement total. Seul bemol les repas très peu de diversité mais le covid et l’absence de touristes en sont responsables. La qualité de la nourriture est top.

Très bel endroit au calme
Très bel hôtel , reposant, quiétude absolue Les villas avec piscines individuelles sont géniales pour une famille. La restauration est de très bonne qualité. Nous avons l’habitude de voyager dans des endroits de qualité et tenons vraiment à souligner le soin apporté à l’établissement. Mention spéciale pour tout le personnel au petit soin et très professionnel : bravo à eux

Loved the property. Quiet, peaceful. Very helpful staff. About 25 minutes away from the Medina / Market.
