"Das Hotel ist von der Ausstattung und Sauberkeit nicht zu bemängeln. Es wird gepflegt und gehegt. Man sieht, dass das Hotel zur höheren Kategorie gehört. Das Personal ist nicht aufmerksam finde ich. Obwohl ich türkisch gesprochen habe wurde meine Bestellung mehrmals ignoriert Die meisten Kellner sind noch jung. Sie müssten geschult werden was die Kommunikation angeht. Da sie auch das Hotel repräsentieren wäre eine gepflegte / saubere Erscheinung wichtig. Einheitlich sind sie angezogen,...

"Great place to stay with wonderful facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately only 1 restaurant is included in all inclusive which was a bit disappointing. Wish they had a breakfast only option "

"Otel personeli çok kibar ve güler yüzlü, oldukça yardımseverler, kahvaltı gayet yeterli ve güzel, konumu sahile yakın çoğu yer yürüyüş mesafesinde, otel odası konforlu, rahat ve gayet geniş ve nezih bir konaklama deneyimiydi... güvenle tercih edebilirsiniz... "

"The owner was really nice and helpful, he gave us a larger room when we checked in. The downside was the air conditioning it worked but because the space was a roof top apartment it never cooled down and every time we left the AC turned off. I understand the need to save electricity however in the middle of summer coming in to a cool space would be nice. I would not have minded to pay a little extra for the option of leaving the air conditioning on all the time"
