"Very welcoming from the outset. The hotel is located inside the walls of the old town and you cannot drive up to the door of hotel. Parking is available outside of the old town walls. The hotel contacted me to ask when i was arriving and scheduled staff to meet me at my car in a golf cart for a short ride to the hotel with our luggage. "Beautiful, quaint little experience. Small, cozy, gardens, just perfect for the area. We booked as we got off the ferry, walked, and the host met us kindly , took our bags ton our room, and when I told him we would be leaving before breakfast in the morning he brought us sandwiches .. and drinks for our fridge so we would have food when we left. This morning the hostess was also very kind )"

"Very good stay at the Wine Hotel. There were only two things that , is out of the staff’s control. One, the room are extremely small. Our suitcases didn’t fit in. Second , there was a really bad sewer smell in the room. All in all, great location, amazing breakfast, extremely attentive staff."
