  • Serendipity moment! And what an awesome one! We drove to Margaret River to see the spectacular beaches and to do some wine tasting and little did we know that the Margaret River Pro Drug Aware surf competition was on - so one morning we parked up really early at 7am and watched the ladies surf the whole day! It was absolutely phenomenal! And the event was for free too :) awesome right?! Also very stoked to have taken a photo with the winner of the men's competition: De Souza. We happened to be at the right time and the right place! Absolutely stoked! I decided to share one of Ben's photos today - as I'm totally in love with his style. Excellent accommodation and great location close to beaches and now far from Margaret River. Within walking distance to The Common Bistro if you are wanting a great meal.i have stayed here a few times and staff are always friendly.

The outside and common area of the property was generally well looked after and the Nespresso pod in the dining area was appreciated. The facilities to cook and prep food were great as was the use of the laundry. Fresh towels were provided everyday. Honestly, even though it was generally a lovely stay, the bedroom/ensuite/ kitchenette was a little bit tired. Also, I could hear the guy snoring very clearly in the room next door. Overall, my travelling buddies enjoyed the stay. Thanks

Outstanding resort property close to the beach. Great common area facilities and clean comfortable rooms. The staff is super helpful and was especially flexible helping me with changed travel plans. I highly recommend.

Lovely quiet lodge style accommodation with a cosy communal area, we enjoyed a drink by the fire at night. We loved the coffee machine and the loose leaf teas provided. It was very quiet around the property, facilities immaculately clean and of course, wonderfully hot showers! Also loved that it's a 30 second walk to the pub around the corner. Will definitely return for a summer surf trip!

Great stay during our Cape to Cape adventure; nice staff, comfy room, great common areas, and lovely eating options moments away. The tea and coffee facilities and kitchen, and free laundry, were especially great. Loved The Commons for dinner (book, it gets full!), and White Elephant for brekkie.
