As a US citizen, I thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities that the hotel had to offer. The staff was excellent. I bought a breakfast package and it was extremely nourishing. The hotel front desk assisted me with getting a cab therefore I felt very safe moving around the city. I will return.

Hotel Castillo Santa Cecilia
Parking was easy and secure. AC cooled the room. The property outiside is beautiful. However, the rooms need a definite refurbishment.

Room looked presentable however the bathroom area was not the best i would say compared to other holiday inn I’ve stayed in

Everything was very clean.The host was always available and welcoming. Very helpful! Nice views, The hillside is close for hiking. Market across the road. Friendly local people. Charming casaitas. Very private and spacious.The bed was comfortable.Lots of light!
