You're matched with a Four Seasons hotel price for a 3 star hotel. Granted, the hotel electrical system was adequately installed, the architecture/design is somewhat pleasant, and the staff is, of course, Brazilian quality kindness. The Hospitality venture owners did not invest in other sections, and don't continuously do so. The beach is 3 star, and the hotel is surrounded by no decent markets, restaurants or amenities - instead, unfortunate residential poverty and stray dogs. The hotel food is scarce and good at best. Plumbing is ok, shower is not easy to find the right temperature, if ever, + low pressure, and cheap showerheads. They make decent drinks. Wifi speed and connection varies from good to zero and back. We had ants on the bed (red). The room towels were greyed and old. They need to invest heavily in a hotel consultant in order to upgrade the hotel from a 3 star.

Excelente hotel, o quarto com piscina na sacada é perfeito, porém em ambas as piscinas, na minha opinião usam muito cloro. A comida é muito saborosa. Nota 10 para o atendimento. A fachada externa do hotel precisa de uma nova pintura

Bom mas poderia ser melhor pelo valor cobrado.

O hotel possui uma estrutura bonita, o pessoal que trabalha no hotel são muito prestativos e bem educados. Todos os dias o hotel presenteia os hóspedes com alguma coisa no horário da tarde a beira da piscina. A estadia foi razoável mas poderia ter sido melhor por conta do valor da diária e a qualidade do local. O quarto precisa melhorar a qualidade do banheiro como pias e chuveiro. A piscina do quarto apresentava um forte cheiro de cloro. O café da manhã tem bons pratos gostosos mas tem um pequeno problema para algumas pessoas pois não é buffet e sim deve ser pedido ao garçom o que quer comer de café da manhã. O restaurante do hotel tem pratos e comidas deliciosas.

Hotel maravilhoso, desde a decoração, atendimento dos funcionários, limpeza do quarto, além dos mimos que dão aos hóspedes, como chapéus, chinelas e toda tarde tem alguma programação como chá da tarde, massagem etc, vale a pena se hospedar.

Hotel excelente, ambiente super instagramavel, limpeza nem se fala, restaurante perfeito e a comida.. o café da manhã me deixou de boca aberta com a entrada todos os dias, bem diversificada.. funcionários TODOS educadíssimos, acolhedores, do bom dia ao boa noite.. acomodações perfeitas.. mimos para os hóspedes que achei o máximo. O café da tarde q fazem, achei uma ideia fantástica. Podem ir sem medo de errar. Pq lá é sem dúvida um dos melhores hotéis q já fui.

Razoável, enquanto estávamos no hotel o ar-condicionado não funcionou, o chuveiro não estava funcionando idealmente, as condições da praia não são as ideais. Além disso fizemos a contestação de um pacote romântico o qual não veio com todas as coisas que contratamos.

Hospedagem em fevereiro

Tive uma experiência mista durante minha estadia. A vista do quarto era deslumbrante. A equipe do hotel foi excepcional, oferecendo um atendimento de primeira. A limpeza do local também merece destaque, com tudo mantido em condição impecável. No entanto, enfrentei alguns desafios que afetaram a qualidade da minha experiência. O motor da jacuzzi do quarto não desligava, e a luz da piscina permanecia acesa, sendo possível desligá-los apenas no quadro de energia. Isso resultou em um ruído constante durante a noite, perturbando meu descanso. Além disso, o blackout da cortina não era eficaz, pois continha furos que permitiam a entrada de luz, o que era inconveniente. Um aspecto particularmente perturbador foi a permissão de entrada para moradores locais pedirem dinheiro dentro do estabelecimento. A repetida abordagem da mesma pessoa tornou-se cansativa, apesar da minha disposição inicial para ajudar. Acredito que medidas devam ser tomadas para garantir a segurança e o conforto dos hóspedes, limitando o acesso ao hotel. A localização do hotel, próximo à Croa de Sao Bento, é um ponto alto, a jangada parte diretamente da praia do hotel. No entanto, a região da praia próxima ao hotel deixa a desejar em termos de limpeza, com a presença de esgoto a céu aberto, embora reconheça que isso foge ao controle do hotel.
