REgular
Se cortó la luz varias veces, comprobamos que NO TIENEN luz de seguridad. No te dan alfombra para salir de la ducha, la luz de baño es pobre y no sirve para maquillarte, el cuarto es chico apiñado y encima hay una cama simple innecesaria. La relación precio calidad no es muy beneficiosa.

Satisfecha con el servicio
La u ubicación del hotel es excelente, muy amable y atenta la atención y las instalaciones son lindas aunque sencillas. Lo único malo que no tiene estacionamiento y en temporada alta es un poco difícil conseguir donde dejar el auto.

Estimado las habitaciones son standard, tal vez el cuarto que les toco era de los pequeños. Al ser un hotel antiguo y refaccionado todas las habitaciones varían. Lo del desayuno lo enviare al área que corresponde. Muchas gracias por su comentario

A Sad Place To Stay
I only stay here for two reasons: A. Location is fabulous and we love the street and nearby restaurants and shops. B. I’m usually buying more than one room since we travel in teams and it is affordable. My concern is two-fold: First, since we come here every year and reserve multiple rooms, I would think you would give us your best rooms and show appreciation for our repeat business. But this time, you gave us rooms that had shower heads with no pressure. One towel per room. And the rooms were on the front of the hotel where all you hear is constant noise from the street. Second, and this has happened before — during the night the electricity regularly goes off for hours at a time. The front desk clerk claims they can’t get in touch with the maintenance person. It happened last year on a couple of nights. It happened this year for over 6 hours. I believe they do it to save money on the electricity bill. And if not, THEN GET THE PROBLEM REPAIRED. Just fix the problem. And then you charge me full rate at check out after knowing we are extremely unhappy with our stay. That’s not even good business strategy. Good luck.

Es un hotel para nada recomendable, sucio habitaciones baño todo. En pleno verano un ventilador de techo que ni funcionaba.

Destruido! Calor insoportable, muy ruidoso!
Segunda vez que voy y me pasa lo mismo. Afuera hacia 5 grados y tuvimos que dormir con las ventanas abiertas por el calor inaguantable de la calefacción. Y el ruido del ascensor insoportable. NO VUELVO MAS

La verdad que x ser boutique deja mucho q desear. La habitacion es minuscula y el baño mas chico todavia, imposible bañarse sin mojar todo en el cubiculo de 50x50 .... no vuelvo!

Falta algunas mejoras mínimas.
Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en el hotel y vemos que hay cosas que mejorar respecto de otros años. Observamos toallas y toallones que necesitan recambio. Como así también algunos cubrecamas con manchas. El lugar para desayuno si bien es muy agradable necesita mayor equipamiento en mesas y sillas dado la cantidad de personas que lo ocupan en las mañanas. Gracias Gerardo Lamelza

La mejor ubicacion. Volveria
El punto fuerte del hotel es la ubicacion, en el corazon de Güemes, donde hay gran oferta gastronomica y estan los mejores locales de Mar del Plata. La habitacion es chica, sin mayores comodidades, pero agradable y limpia. El hotel ofrece tambien un desayuno correcto. Buena opcion, si vas a Mar del Plata y la idea no es hacer vida de hotel, sino usarlo para dormir. Volveria, de hecho es la segunda vez que me hospedo ahi. Bien la relacion precio calidad

Hotel bueno, muy bien ubicado!
Al hotel le falta una remodelación, se ve muy moderno y nuevo en las fotos, pero al menos nuestra habitación estaba un poco mal de mantenimiento, y la ventilación no era buena haciendo que se sintiera muy calurosa (y no hacía calor, la temperatura ambiente era de cerca de 20~18 grados). Dentro de todo está bien, pero nada del otro mundo. Lo que está muy bien es el staff, muy atento en recepción, personal e limpieza, y personal que sirve el desayuno todos muy serviciales. Nos sirvieron un café a las 6 de la mañana, aún cuando el horario del café era a partir de las 7, porque debíamos salir a la ruta muy temprano. Fue un gesto muy amable!

Lo mejor del hotel es la ubicación.
La atención del personal es mediocre, no es personalizado y dedicado como las normas de calidad lo indican. Hay deficiencias en la climatización de la habitación, el ventilador es insuficiente . La ventilación de la habitación consiste en una ventana pequeña desde donde se escucha el movimiento de la cocina. El personal de mucamas es deficiente, hace un recambio de toallas parcial. En cinco días de hospedaje hicimos tres reclamos: de toallas, ventilación y elementos de toilette.

Bien ubicado, chico y sin aire acondicionado
Pedimos contra frente y nos dieron al frente. La habitación muy chica y el baño minúsculo. El Restaurant muy bueno y muy buen precio.

Servicios bàsicos,,cocina y personal excelente.
Los servicios en la habitaciòn son bàsicos, tuve que pedir secador de pelo,el baño no tiene ni alfombra ni extractor, la habitaciòn no tenìa espejo. La decoraciòn me gustò , en el lobby hubiera necesitado alguna computadora .., La cocina es excelente y el personal mejor. La ubicaciòn inmejorable. Lo volverìa a elegir.
