"Nice guest house with very happy helpful staff. Offered a choice of rooms the one we chose was spacious clean with a comfy bed and an adequate bathroom. Air con worked fine. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace will keep you going all day. Nice place to sit and chill out as well. Hotel owner very helpful in booking bus tickets to next destination. It's central to most of what you need to see and do in Bagan. Plenty of places to eat a short walk to the end of the road. Recommended."

"Saw Nyein San Guesthouse is a place that I would highly recommend staying at due to the convenient location and hospitality of the owner. I stayed 2 nights here and the double bedroom was spacious. Air conditioning worked well, and so did the Wi-Fi. The toilet also had a bath tub and hot water was available. When I arrived at 6am by bus, I was able to check in immediately and get a good rest. Hotel buildings and grounds are nice as is the pool area. Room was spacious and nicely appointed. Nice white sheets and towels.
Pool area is lovely. But common in Myanmar I’ve found, staff at the pool area, bar, never ask you if you need a towel, don’t ask if you want a drink … it’s a bit odd given they are standing around.
Breakfast is good and for better when more folks were staying there. Food...

"1 year old hotel but very clean and fresh. Manager was very friendly and helpful. You can rent e scooter for 8000kyat a day, which is really nice because all the pagodas are quite spreed out.
