Staff was incredible and very friendly providing answers to all our questions and request . Hotel offers a very convenient free courtesy shuttle service to the bellagio town center . "Wonderful property on a less popular town on Lake Como. The hotel is opposite of a ferry stop. Lenno is frequented by tourists coming to see Villa Del Balbianello. Without a car, the town is accessible by bus from train station and that is somewhat inconvenient, especially if carrying large luggage. Hotel has a nice restaurant and a pool. Air conditioning is centrally controlled so that could be a problem if the room is hot and the A/C is not operational. Other than that, highly recommended."

"We loved so many things about hotel excelsior, the breakfast was good, the staff was outstanding, the stair rugs could have been vacuumed more often but overall the hotel was clean, the reason I gave the overall score as 3 is the bed . The mattress was very uncomfortable and the pillows were in need of being replaced as they were all pretty flat, no fluff at all. "

"Nice overall hotel, unfortunateky restaurant for dinner was not yet open so couldnt try. Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and modern. Spa and saunas only opens from 4pm, wpuld have loved to use in the morning also but unfortunately only opens in afternoon. Breakfast was excellent!"
