A beautiful location with commanding views. We ate every meal there and went on two guided walks and the tour of the wool factory. The staff were terrific too!

Staff were excellent at the front desk, gave us a welcome drink and a full tour of the facilites. Restaurant staff could use some training and a better process for servicing the tables. Hotel is clean, quiet and secure. Pool area with sauna and Turkish bath is very nice.

Lovely hotel with stunning views. Tiny outdoor pool area and uncomfortable chairs on the veranda and bedroom terrace but the view made up for everything. The food was excellent (very large portions!)

First impressions are everything and the lovely staff gave us a very warm welcome complete with a glass of port, as well as a tour of the property upon arrival. The spa was very clean and zen, and our panarama suite had a lovely Mountain View. We dined in Fatiga, the restaurant on property and it was fantastic!! The food, service and ambiance were perfection!

local bem no alto. Fiquei no quarto Maria Klein.

Worth the trip. Quiet, relaxing, and beautiful

One of my favorite places in the world. A beautiful property above the clouds with untouchable views. The staff are incredibly friendly, the food is top notch, and the rooms are all uniquely beautiful and well appointed. Can't wait to return for a third time!
