"Clean room. Was not a fan of open bathroom concept. Made room humid and damp after showers. Asked for extra blanket and it was a very thin bedspread. This was disappointing for a boutique hotel. "

"Breakfast was average. The dining area was not cleaned whatsoever. We went for breakfast as we had the vouchers that came with the booking. To find the same food and dirty tables when eating. Also, there was mould in the water, everything wasn’t cleaned to a standard and to the price that we paid for three nights - not worth it. The room was mediocre, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, and the bedsheets were disgustingly yellow. Not to mention there’s no parking on the property. We had to walk to our spot. All in all If you’re booking in Pittsburgh would recommend passing up on this property."

"The stay was fine. The battery-powered lock ran out of power late at night, and I could not get into my room for 8 hours. No communication from the property owner until regular business hours. Others had a similar experience."

"Room was large and clean. It had some fitness equipment in it which I did not use but some might? They hyped a fitness video which was inaccessible. Gym was ok. The TV was loose on the wall and the toilet paper roll was as well. Overall a decent spot in an odd but central location. Pretty bare bones amenities (no free coffee or breakfast) but a reasonable price. "
