I came at hotel 1:30P, but the staff didn’t let me check in although room was ready. They tried to charged me 145 piso for early 30 mins. It is no nice to treat customers. Other is okay.

The photos you see is not as what it is. You can see dead rats, pet waste at the entrance of the building. I do not know if bed sheets are changed every time it is used by guest. My flight was rescheduled and the staff told me that I have to pay 2,500 for another night because it is walked in, and told me they are fully booked but can accomodate me for 2,500 PHP. I moved to a different hotel, and one of the staff told me he can help. He called a hotel nearby, again for PHP2500. I was scammed! Mobile booking was only PHP1500-1700. For those who are looking for a place to stay overnight, I do not recommend REDDOORZ near NAIA Terminal 1.

The frig didn’t work. No electric jug. No cutlery or crockery. We even had to ask for some soap to have a shower!

I liked the people who worked there, verry friendly. It was all just good they even carried my suitcase upstairs. The TV had no signal but maybe that was just during my 1 night stay and i was to tired to watch anyway. All in al a pleasant stay I can recommend.

Great location for someone needing a functional room within walking distance to terminal 1 of NAIA. Staff were kind and room was clean. Perfect for budget travelers.

The property would not answer their phone for me or for Expedia rep. Customer service POOR! I wanted to know the policy on having to have a test to stay there it didn’t say on the front page my wife didn’t want to try it if the deny her she would not have a place in Manila. They rejected us. SHAME ON THIS RED DOOR HOTEL!!!!

The place overall was not bad. We stayed at Red Doors in Sta. Cruz, Manila. But I’m dismayed with the lack of basic necessities like toilet paper, soap , shampoo, etc… The meals, though delicious, are often late and in very small portions. Their saving Grace are their staff. They have the friendliest, very courteous and accommodating bunch of people.

Need an improvement in terms of services offered.
The only advantage for this facility is near to NAIA T1. No toiletries, no complementary drinking water at the room, they don’t even offer you for there services available. Surrounding are very noisy, you can’t sleep well due to vehicles sounds and neighbors. Receptionist are not well trained to handled guests they don’t even find my booking.

Good for New Years Eve 2020-21
This hotel has no elevators and is tucked away in a crowded neighborhood. Across the street is a nice family shop for snacks only. If you want real food, download the GRAB Food app. Good hot water heater and wifi is great too. The AC does leak after 30 minutes of use so be careful if and when it does leak.

Good for overnight stay. It’s better if they would have water heater for coffee than a fridge. The staff were nice though. Cheap too so it’s worth the money. There’s no elevator too but the staff were able to help me lift my luggages which is a plus!

When we arrived in the venue, the frontdesk staff didnt even bother to stand and accomodate us, courtesy is poor, the gate is not suitable if you have a trolley...the signage to ring the bell if you need assistance cant be seen if the gate is open...the frontdesk didnt offer a help until i ask him if he can...

Good value hotel for an overnight stay
Staff is helpful and obliging. Location very convenient for travelers using Terminal 1, and not too far from Terminal 3 for those taking an early flight, when traffic is very light. Several restaurants in the vicinity, on the other side of the main road. But as to the room itself, the bed is not really double, being rather narrow. And strangely, whereas there is a huge kitchen cupboard, devoid of basic utensils, above the sink, there is not one single hanger, rod or hook, to hang clothes. Bathroom is tiny, but shampoo and gel generously provided, as well a a a little bag containing toiletries. Room equipped with a fridge and microwave oven. Two bottles of mineral water are Staff booked us a taxi at 5am, and it arrived 5 minutes later. Very much appreciated.

Walking distance to Terminal 1
We only stayed the night between flights at the airport. In this regard, it was inexpensive and walking distance from Terminal 1. It was clean enough. The shower pressure was laughable. The hotel is functional for a layover at Terminal 1, but not much more.

Service not good, room not ready. I almost slip on the floor because the floor was still wet when they let me in the room. Neighborhood is Too noisy from the bustling cars and the staffs are loud.

This hotel is a great value and located in a typical upscale neiborhood. We felt safe to walk the street in daytime. I was nice to watch the people walk by and see the many children playing games. The property is clean and friendly staff offerd me a room of my choice. I would like clean sheets and a clean aircon. The air on needs maintenance, the condenser coils should be sprayed with bleach water and the drain tube fixed.
