Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Should be ban from this app

THEY DID NOT ACCOMMODATE ME! Not replied to calls and texts and I was forced to book again for another place to stay. BAD AND INCONSIDERATE HOSTS! Refund my payment! I have proofs of non communication and statement from the guard of the place.
