There is an enclave of hotels and condos in this area of Poblacion, Makati that ranges from Budget to mid-tier 4 star. This one falls right in the middle. An affordable, clean and hospitable hotel right smack dab in the middle of the action. Expect budget conscious families and Foreigner Cowboys with Pinay girlfriends shacking up in this hotel. Lots of cheap restaurants and rooftop bars nearby. There is a mall with all the basics in the next block over. This part of Makati never sleeps and expect lots of interesting characters coming and going here in a wonderful confluence of red light district and family coalescing together. A 20 minute walk will get you to the greenbelt area assuming it’s not flooding right now.

Good location close to bars and restaurants

I liked the size of the room, lots of space for clothes. I also liked the serviceminded staff. Only suggestion would be to use bathgel instead of classic soap.

Nice stay

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a few issues with the wifi however they repaired the problem very quickly. While staying, go to the lounge downstairs and enjoy the live music. The hotel is within walking distance of anything you may need, and public transportation is teadily available.

First, the staff is great. (Minus the fact that house keeping didn't sweep the floors. Next, The building was dated. The tv situation, there were 2 tvs, but only 1 remote shared between them. The tvs also offered different things to watch. One local only and the other streaming apps.
