"Séjour satisfaisant dans l'ensemble, la chambre était propre et bien équipée. Le gros bémol c'est la température à mon arrivée, il faisait froid dans la chambre, car l'hôtel a été fermé pendant 15 jours et venait de ré-ouvrir, OK mais pas agréable d'arriver dans une chambre froide, après avoir mis les chauffages à fond j'ai réussi à avoir une température convenable en fin de nuit."

Apparemment réceptionniste nouvelle peut-être ,mais sûrement incompétente.
Je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais réservée.
Alors cette chambre je préfère passer et ne pas en parler :
Absence totale de ménage ,des taches énormes sur les draps des lits.
Lorsque nous sommes arrivés vers 4 heures du matin et que nous avons découvert un tel désastre, nous ne pouvions rien faire car il n'y avait plus de personnels dans l'hôtel. "
