This Hotel is in a pretty good, central location, close to a lot of good food places, it's also the cleanest hotel I stayed in while in Myanmar. However, the room we got was right next to a mosque so we got woken up every morning by the prayer call and at night there was a super load music coming from a bar/club next door so we ended up having a very limited sleep window.
Also, staff doesn't speak much English which makes arranging trips and transportation quite challenging.
Ps. If you are after a hotel with an easy access to the palace, please note that the entry is all the way on the other side of the square (approx. 5 km walk from the hotel).
