We loved our stay at the ICON Valparaiso. Hotel staff were the highlight. Positive, attentive and fun. The Hotel property was lovely. Rooms were nicely decorated and lovely. Food prepared at the hotel was excellent. Great place to stay as adults and adult couples.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. AMAZING View. I absolutely love the Mediterranean Vibe to it. There was a slight accident with the shower where it started overflowing and water went outside but the staff handled it so nice they offered us a brand new Suite which was an amazing upgrade to our original room and brought us champagne so 10/10 costumer service. Absolutely loved my stay here and would recommend to anyone.

Clean and cute hotel with an amazing views of the Mediterranean ocean. The best is the staff. So friendly and polite. Love Rosa and Adrian. Food is fresh and delicious. Breakfast which is included was amazing.

The location is beautiful and the beach is very close by. The view is amazing and very relaxing. I would highly recommend the Spa with Manuel, the best massage I've ever had. Would come again.

We had a great time at Valparaiso! The staff was friendly, especially Desiree and the manager. The beach is a short walk and beautiful! We suggest going across to the other beach for food as we didn’t enjoy the food that was offered at the hotel.

Great little property: premium amenities, stylish. but not over lux; attentive staff, quiet, a great place to get away from the world -close enough to Portocolom for evening or day excursions, excellent breakfast; nice little pool, dramatic sea views, beaches walking distance nearby but fun to be able to know you are returning to your peaceful seclusion when you return to the property; could have done longer here diving into a good book for days, I would say yes to this place if seeking any of the above; grateful to have found it

Quiet little are for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are beautiful, although some of the little finishing touches to decor have been missed. We did have an odd smell in the suite shower one day, but the hotel staff promptly fixed it (there can be a back up when very rough ocean conditions apparently). The views are unmatched. Would definitely stay here again

The view was incredible, Mallorca overall is a very spread out island and having not one but two gorgeous beaches walkable distance from the hotel was top notch. Our rooms were cleaned everyday, all staff were kind and helpful at all times. The breakfast options had a good variety. We asked for our room to be changed initially and staff were kind enough to offer this and I still cannot get over the view from our room. We had to check out a little later due to an issue we had with our suitcase and we were not charged a late fee as the staff were really understanding. The area is a little quiet, however, you are close to all the nice beaches and other areas, so definitely recommend a car but other than that, everything was perfect.

We had a great stay at Icon Valparaiso and the staff were all so lovely, welcoming and friendly. The beach is so close by which is amazing and the view was gorgeous. The sunbeds were great by the pool and always available. A nice chilled atmosphere! We booked the restaurant for our first night and we were very underwhelmed and disappointed with the food and it was incredibly overpriced for what it was (would be such a fab hotel if food was better!) over a brilliant stay.

Cute couple stay

We stayed two nights at the ICON Valparaiso. As we hoped, the hotel was very quiet with an amazing view on the nearby cliffs and the sea. The poolside area and bar was nice and quiet, even though the service was a little slow. I would 100% recommend for a couple or quiet group of friends looking for a retreat away from the masses.

Staff are so nice and speak English. Was our honeymoon and they updated our room to a seafront for free. The view was beautiful and breathtaking. Bonus from the shower you can see the view. Also needed late checkout and they provided that too for free. Amazing experience and really lovely quiet clean hotel.

We loved our stay at Icon overall. The property is stunning, clean, quiet, very well air conditioned regardless the extreme heat conditions outside. Incredibly friendly staff that make you feel welcome and make this property even more enjoyable! We stayed in a sea view room with a balcony, which was a perfect size for us. The hotel is situated on a breathtaking cliff with a stunning view all around, has a super clean pool, amazing lounge areas all around it and a dining area with a view that cannot compare. It’s a perfect getaway spot for couples of all ages. A couple of things we were disappointed in were the fact that there are no loungers on the beach, and you literally have to share the beach with hundreds of travelers from everywhere, since it’s a public beach. Another thing we wished that there were better food options at the hotel restaurant and bar, overall the food was fresh and healthy, but we are avid travelers who usually travel for far destinations for exceptional food experiences and we didn’t feel that the hotel food was it. But overall, this is an absolutely wonderful hotel with incredible staff! The manager Carlos is a wonderful human who made us feel at home, as well Isa at the front desk.

We've been to the Icon Valparaiso property last week with my girlfriend. I'd like to thank everyone working at the ICON Valparaiso hotel for all the warmth and care they've received us with. Specially, thank you for taking such a good care with all of our Gluten Free dishes, since my partner is a celiac, and the hotel's personnel went above and beyond to ensure her well-being. If you're looking for THE BEST place in town, look no further, this is it!! Thank you =)

BEST hotel in MANACOR! The views are incredible, the hotel is updated with the nicest decor. Stay in a suite you will not REGRET it, the bed is comfortable, great ammenaties. Won't be long until this is a 5 star hotel. They have the best breakfast, great dining options all in their restaurant. You don't have to go anywhere. There is access to a beautiful beach, we went went it was a little of the off season so I can only imagine how amazing and fun it will be this summer. They seem to have multiple pool bars. The views are the best views ever! They are extremely kind and attentive, cannot wait to go back!

Icon hotel was a pure dream!! It felt like a private Villa residence with excellent design details. The drive from Palma to Icon hotel was also very scenic and beautiful! The landscape kept changing from Vineyards to local towns so you got to see a lot on the way. As soon as you pull up to the entrance of the icon hotel you see the stunning turquoise beach with mountain cliffs surrounding the hotel! The lobby is beautiful and opens up to the living room area where we had breakfast buffet every morning. Our room was a junior suite and had its own private outdoor space with 2 daybeds with garden & sea views. The room itself was so beautifully designed & u really felt a homey vibe. The pool area has a snack bar with delicious food and there’s a private trail that takes you to the close by beach (beach Tropicana) where we spend most of our time! This hotel had stunning sea views and we were able to watch the most beautiful sunrises. We were on our honeymoon and once we told them they gave us a bottle of champagne with a cute note from the manager. We loved our stay and we’re able to drive to close by local beaches that had crystal blue water and caves. Customer service was outstanding! We will definitely be back!!!

Incredible even when things go wrong

We had a really bad first night as our room was on the first floor which was connected to the restaurant and some inconsiderate guests decided to be very loud until very late. In the morning we woke up to a bad smell in our room coming through the vent. This was dealt with perfectly, we were immediately offered a new room on the second floor, no questions asked. From then on we had the perfect stay. The pool area probably has one of the best views you can have on Mallorca; we decided to cancel all of our plans and simply stay in the hotel for two days as the pool area was simply breathtaking and had very comfortable loungers, toilets nearby and a bar with food and drink. Even better from the pool area you can access two incredible beach coves within a couple of minutes - it really is the perfect balance between having all the amenities and being close to two of the nicest beaches we went two. One downside to that is that without a rental car you are somewhat stuck at this hotel and there wasn’t really a supermarket within walking distance that we found. Being stuck at this hotel is by no means a bad thing though. Food in general was good, price/value of dishes was probably a little bit on the pricey side. Staff in general were very friendly and reception staff was excellent, super friendly and always very helpful. We will 100% return to ICON when we go back to Mallorca.
