"The bakery across the highway was wonderful. The room was good. Beds were comfortable. The bathtub was not draining properly. The bathtub was very dirty."

Though an obvious effort had been made to clean, there was a musty smell, loud rambling ac unit and we could hear everything from the family in the adjacent room. Bathroom was in poor shape. "Check-in and check-out process was easy. Staff was friendly. There was a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. It would have been nice to have a coffee maker in the room, but parking was easy and it was a short drive to surrounding cities and Mammoth Cave National Park. It was a great budget place to shower and sleep after a long day of hiking and exploring."

"Pros…bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked, pool was ok, hot tub needs resurfacing, breakfast was nice. Cons…mold on the bathroom and on the window, room was very dirty, hallways smelled bad, flooring was coming up in hall, elevator, and room, towel bars and toilet paper holder rusted. I can’t believe Wyndham has their name on this place. We won’t use this hotel again."

"Door didn't latch to our room unless you slammed it shut. Felt like you were going to rip the plumbing out of the shower when trying to turn on the shower. Had to ask the front desk how to turn on the shower. Water didn't get very hot for the shower. "

"The toilet tank did not fill properly. I told them about it, and they said yes room 111 has an issue with the toilet. No maintenance on hand to fix it. I had to use a 5 gallon bucket that I had to flush toilet. And yet they had the nerve to charge me $25.00 for our 7.5 pound toy poodle that basically drank their water. UNBELIEVABLE !!! I would not recommend staying there. Bad customer service."
