"This hotel is beautiful and well kept. Our room was very spacious for a family of 4, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The pool area is lovely and the friendly staff left the pool open in order to give our children time to swim after a late check in. Our room was in a newer building, and very comfortable. Food was delicious in every restaurant, there were a few fruit flies around, but the place was clean. Would love to return."

"Outstanding staff with great personalities throughout the hotel. Willing to help and made our stay extremely enjoyable. Collectively, probably the best hotel staff I have had the pleasure to meet. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities you could need. Had a lovely swim and used the steam room, that was enjoyable. Enjoyed our 2 course meal and after dinner drinks. The only downside is the continuation of the franchise to charge for parking. The room was well presented, clean and comfortable. Have stayed in its sister hotel in Wolvercote and this was the reason I booked for our group of 4, as that was a great experience also. I recommend both hotels and woukd definitely stay again."
