Villa Graziadio Executive Center at Pepperdine University

"This hotel is way at the top of Pepperdine University. We stayed here for one night because we were attending a concert at the Dreamland Aviator Nation club down the street. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable and was conveniently located off of PCH. There weren’t lots of amenities offered, but that was fine for a one night stay."

"great location, peaceful, quiet and beautiful! has sea and mountain views. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room had no phones, broken blinds, no hot water heating kettle and a leaking fridge, was not cleaned inside. Balcony was not cleaned. We had to check out early, just one day: due to flood warnings and coastal high waves. But the hotel refused to refund the money. very bad. Hotels .com does not help either. Has good parking and good view, great location."

"We had an excellent stay at SA Beach #8. The location on Carbon Beach is hard to beat—the ocean views from the suite and private balcony are incredible, and having direct beach access made the entire stay feel special. We stayed for my girlfriend’s birthday, and it was the perfect setting. Waking up to the Pacific, having breakfast overlooking the water, and being able to walk straight down to the beach made for a memorable morning. The suite was clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and exactly as represented. The Stay Awhile team was also extremely responsive and accommodating, including helping us with early access, a late checkout, and other requests throughout the stay. Great property, great location, and excellent service. We would absolutely stay here again. 5/5."
