Simple and comfort

New hotel, clean and comfort room. Came for my 1st anniversary to here. Hotel staff, Sara was so helpful that she changed my room immediately to the same type when my room had power trip. Definitely will come back again for next stay, very nice hotel. Keep up your reputation, chances of becoming 4 star. Hotel is very near to the city center.

Smelly toilet

Location of hotel quite okay. The services and cleanness also not bad. However, the room is quite small and VERY SMELLY TOILET! The smell is really unacceptable, once the toilet door is opened.

staying in 3rd floor. very poor sound proof. you can heard people walk, talk, cleaner chat loudly in the morning. at night, u can always hear air cond compressor sound whole night long. the cleaner will not come and clean your room anyway.

Clean!

We took the bus from Kuala Lumpur to Melaka. From the bus station, we took a taxi to the hotel, $10 per person (there were two of us, so the total was $20). It took about 15 minutes from the bus station to the hotel. The location is a little bit far from the sightseeing places, if you like to walk, it takes 20-25 minutes to get there, which is fine by me. The room is clean (small) and the staff is nice.

NO 24-hour front desk,No receptionist,Bad service

very disappointed for their service. We arrived at the hotel 3am, but waited more than an hour, without any receptionist. We are just like fools, in the hotel lobby waiting for more than an hour. At the end, we decided to leave the hotel. We left a message to the hotel but the hotel does not want to refund us for the fees that we paid in advance. this time we are not to pay a fees for enjoy their service, we are take it as an experience and we would not to stay this hotel again!!! Aside to Hotels.com, this hotel does not provide 24-hour front desk, please check it.

Clean new hotel

It is a new hotel, so most of its amenities are new. Our stay was good, the ac is working well. The only downside is the cupboard/place to hang our clothes; which is very small and inconvenient. Clothes hangers are limited. Otherwise it would be a great place to stay if you are looking for clean and affordable hotel.

Colorful small hotel in Melaka

The room is quite small, just enough space to move around, with a minibar and safe, tv with local channels, ample open parking space, the pillows are soft and comfortable, has one lift/elevator. However there is smell from the drain pipe in the toilet, not enough lighting for the mirror in the toilet.

Not close to the Jonker street but the price is reasonable. The address on the official website and on Expedia do not lead to the real location. If you're heading to this hotel make sure you use google map first.
