Very nice staff and service!
Our room was right to the street = noise.
You can hear the mosque from the hotel.
The windows were not tight = noise.
The bed was very heard (I know it is subjective).
The room is very small for 2 pers incl luggage. No space to have baggage in the room. There's a small closet, and a small table, but they have already sat a kettle and a telephone.
You can hear people from the other rooms and hall between the walls and the door.
This hotel is a good place to stay to be honest, very clean and secure. Breakfast have reasonable choices, area around hotel is quiet but it’s a safe spot to layover or stay for a few nights.
Very near, convenient and walking distance to Jonker Street. Hotel parking available in front of hotel. Reasonable price for hotel room and services, 2 vending machines provided at lobby.
Hotel room sound proof is weak, as we can hear next room conversation and water sound.
Overall is good.
1. Fast check-in with very courteous staffs at reception.
2. Perfectly situated with 5 min walk to Jonker Street.
3. On-site parking was a blessing for the car needed a good rest too.
just ok for 1 nite stay. room is small. but cleanliness ok except when we arrive, we opened mini bar there was food not removed. the stench unbearable for a while. we were at third floor. view temple’s backyard. there was one dog behind the room bark frequently during daytime luckily at nite didnt hear. location ok can go many interesting places on foot.
their room very comfort. but little noisy hear bulking dog.

Wouldn’t visit again this Hallmark Hotel Leisure 😠
there is no towel in the room , we requested for some time to have the towels. the bedsheet is dirty also we request to change they say they don have. there is also fruit fly in the room.
The whole building needs total upgrading. I am a frequent traveler and i never experience this kind of accomodation until this time. Hallmark Leisure Hotel in Malacca is so filty, the hallway and our room smells nicotine from smoking. The carpet looks yucky and smelly. I requested extra towel and i have to pay 20 Ringgit. The door in our room does not lock properly at the beginning. All in all is a terrible experience. Thank goodness is only for one night. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Location was fantastic, 5 minutes walk to Jonker street and night market.
We drove up from Singapore, car park was right in front of hotel, within hotel driveway.
Hotel is ageing, could be cleaner. Breakfast is ok, not fancy. There are always hotel staff around. We called for housekeeping to open the safe, the person appeared within 5 minutes
