Not good. Have cockroach when enter the room. Most important things is I booking the hotel "Euro Rich" through this Hotel.com, but it showing "GrandView Hotel" when I clicked in to book. I thought is a new name for the same hotel since I am from Kuching. Its very much different of GrandView Hotel compare to Euro Rich Hotel, especially the transport to town area. Please kindly check the link of the Hotel in Hotel.com so that the user can use the website for the right hotel booking in future.
