"The staff was disrespectful as they called at 9:00 AM, reminding me about checkout. I don't understand what kind of awareness that is if they call you before checkout time. I understand if it's after 12:00 PM, but I have never experienced anything like this with other hotels."

"Very close to the Haram, near by parking, 20 riyals an hour, free parking was available but haven’t tried it, I assumed it’s a bit far (maybe not), had to head back to the airport so every minute counts. May Allah accept."
