Seul petit bémol pour nous, personnel ne parlant pas un mot de français pas même à la réception.
Un petit problème pour les personnes ne sachant pas bien nager, le ponton d'accès à la mer très pratique est exposé perpétuellement au vague."

"We are a family of 7 travelling from Canada that stayed in 3 rooms. We were very impressed with the resort, kind genuine staff and quality of food and beverage included with the all-inclusive. We stay at 5 star all-inclusive hotels in the Caribbean and Mexico and would recommend this resort for those looking for a different experience. The snorkeling off the beach with the variety of coral and fish is hard to find and very much appreciated with the hotel’s location."

"Weather was perfect at 22 Degrees, hotel staff were great and attentive, hotel food was really good, plenty of selection and always hot, hotel generally was in good keep and well looked after, entertainment was good again, hotel rooms are acceptable could do with refresh as do bathrooms.
