"Wonderful hotel in a great location close to lake and ocean. We stayed in a jungle chalet which was spacious and well equipped. Staff constantly patrolling the area so very safe. We booked full board and all the meals were delicious and great variety. Danushka served us at dinner and breakfast and was charming and very attentive. "

No Room Change Offered – Despite reporting the issue, the hotel did not offer an alternative room or any assistance to resolve the matter. Language Barrier – None of the staff members were able to communicate in English, making it very difficult to get help or explanations. No Buffet Service – The hotel failed to open the buffet as expected, with no prior notice or explanation. Disturbance at Night – There were multiple incidents of people knocking on our door in the middle of the night, which was alarming and unacceptable. Poor Service – Overall, the service provided by the staff was unprofessional and unhelpful. Random Door Knocking – We felt unsafe due to unexplained and random knocking on our door throughout the night."
