"Dennis and Nunzia took such great care of us and made sure we received proper neopolitan hospitality. The place was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. The location is central to all transportation and we found it to be really easy to get around. We will absolutely be back to Pepe! I only took one star off because our TV didn’t work but we weren’t in Italy to watch tv anyway! Thank you so much Dennis & Nunzia :) "

We didn’t have a chance to try the breakfast since we left early in the morning for our flight. Overall good experience for the money you pay . They need to put some bed frames. "

"We had a lovely room that was spacious and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable and we could choose our pillow type if we wanted. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a deluxe room, which was great as it had coffee making facilities in, which the superior rooms don't. The location was perfect for sightseeing and connections for train and metro. Overall a great stay!"

"The welcome from the member of staff on site was very friendly, and we enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on the communal roof terrace. The apartment was clean and cool. However, there was some confusion about amenities in our apartment. We had booked it especially as the Hotels.com listing clearly showed a kitchen and cooking facilities for self-catering, but when we tried to cook, we found the cooker was not connected. The owner claimed that we had only paid for the room, and it would be an extra 20 euros for cooking facilities, but eventually agreed to switch the gas on when I explained that we had allergies and would not be able to eat otherwise. We were very appreciative of her kindness in this, but would suggest that the listing should be clearer about what is and isn't included in the price shown on Hotels.com."

"A really disappointing hotel. Despite booking a superior room, I was placed in annex room on the fourth floor which looked nothing like those publicised on the hotels.com website. The room was noisy due to being in the roof with wallpaper coming off the walls. Communal areas were also soulless and the general area surrounding the hotel was not pleasant. The hotel was so bad that an early check out and refund was attempted, however, the hotel refused. In summary, I would not recommend and suggest significant due diligence."
