Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The rooms were not clean and quite noisy. There was no in-house dining option, so we had to step out for food. Ordering through Swiggy or Zomato was possible, but since it was raining all day, most restaurants weren’t accepting orders, which made things very inconvenient. The bedsheets were dirty with hair on them, the room had a foul smell, and there were insects around. The Wi-Fi connection was also very slow. On the positive side, the staff was polite and handled requests well, and the location is good with several nice places to visit and plenty of dining options within 1.5 km. However, for the price I paid (~₹5500 per night), the overall experience did not feel justified.
