"Easily one of my favorite stays. The family-size room is extremely well planned, with a separate bedroom for kids and very generous space. The pool is very warm despite being outdoor, and is very clean. The hot tub could be a bit warmer, but wasn't bad by any means. It was a bit of a walk to breakfast, but easily doable even with small children. Breakfast options are typical of a mid range hotel, and the staff is very friendly. The parking lot could definitely use some maintenance, but...

"I booked because it says it has a hot tub and heated pool. The hot tub was broke, cold. The pool was cold. The 1st room they gave me smelled like dog urine. They moved me to a room on the 2nd floor and the man at the desk did not help me at all. I just drove 5hrs from the coast and was sore and tired. The breakfast was excellent and the day woman was very nice and listened to me complain but she could not do anything about the hot tub. The workers thought it was funny to tell me they were...

The TV setting wouldn’t communicate with the remote…Took Two visits by staff to get it to work…No channel Directory available… Door Lock Batteries died…couldn’t get into the room..Male Staff member...

"The Butte Valley Bed and Breakfast is a charming B & B filled with history and antiques. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was spot on. We look forward to staying here next year!"

"Conwebs and dead insects on the ceiling and upper walls. The full length vanity mirror on the bathroom removed and leaning against the wall. No shampoo in the wall bottles. Staff toes not monitor the breakfast and do not refill food items even when asked. 7 am one boiled egg left no waffle batter. 8 am still none."

"We got to the place and looked like it may have been ran down and closed - We rang the ring bell and nothing rang it again nothing - was a note of a window call of nobody answers ring doorbell. We called and went straight sorry the person hasn’t set up a voicemail. Ended up having to ride clear back to Klamath falls to get a room. Worst ever in history for a motel or lodge as they say. Entire time the dog chained up outside kept barking and barking by a white car assume someone was around but...

"It was very clean inside. The sheets and bathroom were very clean. The outside property defiantly needed some cleaning. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I loved that there was a Waffle House right on the property."

"A little confusing to get to the hotel, as there is anther hotel in front of it and the signage isn't quite clear. Room was nice. Beds both rolled to the middle. Doesn't make for a restful night as not wanting to roll under your partner. Breakfast was typical. Not a big fan of egg pancakes. Place was quiet."

"I booked this bed and breakfast the night before the check in date. I arrived at 930pm to find I should have received an access code via email in order to access the property and check in to my room. I did not receive an email with the access code and there was no staff on site. So, at 10pm I had to find other accommodations. I messaged the staff thru the Expedia app and left a voicemail. I’ve still not received a reply or a refund notice for the room night."

"Loved our stay, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The location was central to Shasta/Burney and gave the feel of old world charm. The only reason to give 4 star was that it would be great if there were light filtering drapes, the blind was letting too much light in making it hard to sleep after 6am, that's how I like 'dark' but rest of the stay was lovely."

"The condo has been fully updated. What a transformation!! The kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and flooring has all been upgraded. The view of Mount Shasta was perfect. Will definitely be visiting again soon."
